Yes. Moonshot Labs offers international shipping to selected countries through established logistics partners.
Typical international delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs clearance procedures.
The recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Moonshot Labs does not assume responsibility for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation including a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You may use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status via the courier’s website or tracking portal.
What if my shipping address was entered incorrectly?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.
If you have entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. While we will do our best to correct the information, please note that we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

What should I do if my package is delayed or has not arrived?
If your tracking information shows no updates or your parcel has exceeded the estimated delivery window, we recommend waiting an additional 1–2 business days, as courier systems may occasionally experience delays in scanning or reporting.
If the parcel remains undelivered, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the issue directly with the courier.
Can you guarantee delivery dates?
While we aim to meet all stated delivery timelines, Moonshot Labs cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Factors such as courier disruptions, public holidays, customs clearance, or weather-related delays may occasionally affect delivery timeframes.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, in specific cases. We accept returns in the event of incorrect, damaged, or defective items. All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return evaluation:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- Return approval must be obtained in advance from our customer service team
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Once the returned item is received and assessed, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, credit, or refund — depending on the situation.
